45ml Ardbeg 10yo
15ml almond syrup
15ml fino sherry
15ml fresh lime juice
2 dashes Fee Brothers aromatic bitters
100ml fiery ginger beer

Method
Add first 5 ingredients into a copper mug or double rocks glass.
Fill with ice, top with ginger beer and cown with crushed ice.
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple slice / mint leaf / cinnamon stick
