Cacao Coconut Protein Bar

Ingredients

5 serves of 30 g Natural Raw Protein (150g)
2 cup ground Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Cacao
1 cup Cacao Butter
1/2 cup Rice Malt Syrup

Method

Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Heat the Cacao Butter until a liquid and add to the dry ingredients. Add Rice Malt Syrup and mix until evenly mixed.

Line a medium sized baking tray (approx 12cm x 16cm). Spread mix evenly. Dress with coconut, or drizzle chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut into bar or square size.

Notes

Cacao butter can be substituted with Coconut oil however, but then must be stored in the fridge.

Do not use almonds to decorate to keep nut free.
