Burrata, Tomato and Honey Toast

Ingredients

4 slices artisan country bread
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 burrata
4 teaspoons honey
12 cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
salt and pepper

Method

Brush each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cut the burrata into eight chunks and place two on each slice of bread.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey and three cherry tomatoes, then sprinkle with herbes de Provence.

Put under the grill for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
