Coriander and Citrus Water

Ingredients

zest and juice of 1 lemon
4 stems of coriander, no leaves
1 teaspoon coriander seeds, slightly crushed
750 ml water
1 lemon, sliced, to serve

Method

Add the lemon juice and zest, coriander stems and seeds, and water to the jug and leave to steep overnight in the fridge.

Pour into tumblers and serve with a slice or two of lemon.
