Ingredients

45ml Ardbeg 10yro
10ml Luxardo
22.5ml Fresh Lemon juice
20ml Blueberry syrup*
Tonic water to top

Method

1. Add all ingredients to highball
2. Stir to incorporate
3. Top with tonic
4. Garnish: Blueberry skewered with a rosemary sprig

Notes

Equal parts by weight; fresh blueberries, granulated sugar and water.
