  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup grated green apple
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 tsps chia seeds
  • Milk to serve
  1. Method
  2. Notes

  1. Bring water to the boil, add quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add apple, vanilla and cinnamon and stir through.
  3. Serve with walnuts, chia seeds and milk.
