Messina Launches Home Delivery Service

Just think about it; no more queuing, no more trying to peer over the shoulders of crowds trying to decide on your flavour, as delicious ice-cream joint Messina are now delivering straight to your door.

The food giants have taken the huge step after nearly three years in the planning process, and now if you live in the area of their Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, The Star and Bondi stores, you can hop online to order the creamy delights.

Just head to Suppertime.com.au, put in your postcode and it will tell you whether or not you are in Messina's delivery area.

"Our containers keep the product cool for around 45 to 60 minutes," Sian Bishop, Messina content and brand manager told goodfood.com.

"And Suppertime have a fleet of bikes so it's quick and easy to deliver."

Only catch is there is a minimum order of $25 and while the majority of cakes can be delivered, the Black Forest or the Tiramisu Smash can't as they are a delicate little creatures which don’t take well to being on the back of a bike.
