You've been eating pancakes wrong your whole life

We first taught you the 'correct way' to eat birthday cake (and it's totally not what we thought either), and now the good folk over at Diply are schooling us on the art of eating pancakes.

While everyone's opinion is divided already as to whether they should be eaten flat on the plate or rolled into a delicious log, as it turns out, we've all been completely wrong.

To get the most out of your pancake experience, you need to layer them on top of each other, smother them with butter and then cut a square hole in the middle.

You should then fill the hole with maple syrup and cut triangles out of your pancake stack, which you can dip in the hole for bitesize pieces of deliciousness.
