Sydney’s Best Pubs Announced

Sydney’s top watering have been announced at the annual Time Out Sydney Pub Awards.

There were nine awards up for grabs including a new Family Friendly Award, Pub of the Year, Publican of the Year and Best Pub Revival.

Time Out’s team of experts judged eight of the awards, while the People’s Choice Award was chosen by readers.

Time Out Sydney pubs editor, Emily Lloyd-Tait, said the Awards were “an opportunity to highlight the people raising the bar for counter meals and promoting inclusivity.”

She said the awards recognised venues that “take their taps seriously, giving space to up-and-coming brewers and pouring fresh, clean schooners of old favourites.”
