Woman Requests Hot Pizza Delivery Boy After Birthday Party Flops

A US pizza chain received a request for more than extra cheese with one of its orders.

A branch of Pizza My Heart in California had an online order for a medium Maui Wowie (ham and pineapple) and Figgy Piggy (bacon, black figs, fresh sage and feta), with a side of hot delivery guy.

The request, from a girl who remains anonymous, read: "Send us your cutest delivery boy. Tell me I'm pret".

Although the word ‘pretty’ was cut off, the intention of the note was clear.

The unknown delivery boy told the Mirror it wasn’t the first time he’d experienced a request like that, and he was “expecting a group of college girls”.

But instead of being greeted at the door with swag of scantily clad drunken university students, he arrived to see a girl sitting alone, surrounded by balloons and other birthday decorations.

"When I arrived there was no group, just one girl," he said.

The girl explained that no one had turned up for her birthday party, and she invited him in for a piece of cake.

Feeling sorry for the birthday girl, he willingly obliged and the two ended up chatting for more than an hour.

"We laughed and talked the whole time, as I was leaving I gave her a hug and told her she was pretty," he said.

The kind delivery boy was reportedly issued with a written warning when he returned for taking so long with his delivery, but he said it was far more important to cheer a gal up on her birthday than to worry about work schedules.

Whoever this boy is, we think you deserve a promotion, not a scolding!
