Echizen Jellyfish

Similar to the Fugu, whether what you eat is poisonous or not lies in the preparation of the Echizen jellyfish. The jellyfish itself is a huge, poisonous jellyfish that swims in Japanese waters, and so must have all toxic parts removed and be properly cooked before it is safe to eat.
