Kim Kardashian West: "Mum talked me into doing Playboy"

Kim Kardashian West says her mother pressured her into posing nude for Playboy.

Kim admitted that although she has no problem with stripping off now, she was initially hesitant about her 2007 shoot for the men's magazine but Kris Jenner talked her into it.

She said: "Times have changed since my first Playboy shoot. This sounds so bad but I feel like my mom talked me into doing my first Playboy shoot, I really did. Now I've got more comfortable."

Kim also spoke about working hard to lose weight after giving birth to both of her children, North, two and Saint, five months and revealed she feels "sexy again" after dropping 70lbs since Saint was born.

Speaking at the Vogue Festival in association with Harrods, she said: "I think especially if you're a mom. The power you feel when it takes you months (to lose the weight) and I wake up every single day at 5:55 and work out for an hour before the kids gets up.

"It's weird how your body changes for different babies. I wanna get to Kim 2010/11. I'm gonna focus and get there!"

She added: "I felt sexy again and I felt empowered. And you know, I'm not the kind of like, feminist that's like, free the nipple and everyone follow me and do it.

"If you're super conservative that's great, it's just I feel comfortable doing what I want to do. If I post a nude selfie, I certainly don't mean to offend anyone. I do what I want to do, you do what you want to do."

And while Kim says she wears less make-up these days, she admitted she will never stop contouring her nose.

She said: "I think right now it's more about nontouring, like real skin with less make-up on it. I'm trying to wear less... and my husband loves me without make-up. Now when I travel I just bring a small make-up case, and I'm content with that. I'm really into strobing now, so just highlighting the skin without using bronzer. I love contouring and I don't think I'd stop contouring my nose - I know people think I've had a nose job but it really is just make-up!"
