Blake Lively Reveals Her Post-Baby Body Secrets

When photos of Blake Lively in a bikini surfaced recently, fans were left wondering how on earth she was back to her pre-baby body less than a year after giving birth to daughter James.

Now it's been revealed that it hasn't been without a significant amount of work, with a source telling Britain's Closer magazine that it's all down to a super-strict diet and breastfeeding.

"She refuses to put anything artificial into her body and doesn't go near processed foods," explained the source. "Everything has to be organic and made from scratch. She's cut out sugar, wheat and won't touch dairy products."

Lively recently spent time in Australia while filming her upcoming movie, The Shallows - and the actress was reportedly very aware that she had to shape up for her bikini scenes.

"Blake's lucky as she didn't gain a lot of weight during her pregnancy and most of the weight fell off her as soon as she gave birth," the source noted. "She's a Hollywood star and she's been working her butt off to make sure she looks amazing for the bikini scenes."'

Lively also recently made the decision to close her website, Preserve.us, to focus on her other pursuits, including acting.

"Listen, she's a movie actress," Lively's close friend Martha Stewart said at the time. "Why bother with commerce right now? She's at the top of her career...I'm totally supportive, but you know what? Maybe you can't do everything at the same time."

Lively also conceded that it was time to stop wearing so many hats and just focus on a few things in her life.

"We launched the site before it was ready, and it never caught up to its original mission: It's not making a difference in people's lives, whether superficially or in a meaningful way," she told Vogue. "And that's the whole reason I started this company, not just to fluff myself, like, 'I'm a celebrity! People will care what I have to say!' It was so never meant to be that, and that kind of became the crutch."
