In a rare move in the fashion world, model Lara Stone has gone topless and Photoshop-free in one of her first magazine photo shoots since having a baby in 2013.

Refinery29 reports that the daring photo shoot shows Lara completely unretouched, with many of the photographs featuring the ‘imperfections’ of a woman’s body commonly seen in real life that normally never make it to print.

The 30-year-old sports little else than relaxed fit Calvin Kleins (of course) and red lipstick in the photographs, which were taken by German photographer Juergen Teller for System Magazine.

An ambitious four covers have been printed for the magazine's fourth edition. Along with Lara, models Stella Tennant, Liya Kedebe, and Saskia de Brauw each have their own cover, photographed by Teller and in an unusual innovation, imbued with custom-created scents by German perfumer Daniela Andrier.

The model married English actor and comedian David Walliams in 2010, and in May 2013 she gave birth to their son, Alfred.

Lara made a triumphant return to work in July this year with a starring role in Calvin Klein’s #mycalvins campaign, a decidedly more airbrushed affair than the unconventional System Magazine editorial.
