Fans spot awkward detail in Matty J and Laura's photo

New parents Laura Byrne and Matty Johnson celebrated an important milestone and made it out of their house with their newborn baby today.

The pair headed out to a relaxed lunch and shared a few gorgeous snaps of their family of three to Instagram.

Taking her regular, no filter approach to social media, Laura shared that she was sitting on three pillows, and posted a photo of a crying Marlie-Mae alongside the caption, “parenting is easy”.

But, there was another image that caught some fans’ eyes for a different reason. It pictured Matty, Laura and their little girl on an outdoor balcony and there’s a ‘smoking area’ sign in the background.

The clearly tired parents looked hadn’t noticed it at all and had only stepped outside for a quick photo.

“Love how you’re standing in the smoking area,” one person laughed, “gorgeous lil fam”, while another said, “Love this! Smoking area and all”.

A third wrote, “I didn't even realise they had smoking zones these days in establishments”.

Laura later replied: “Ahhhh s***, I didn’t even notice.”

“We just went onto the balcony for a photo... Cue the mummy mafia!!!

“Everyone in front of us were dining. I didn’t even realise that behind us was the smoking area”.

Laura and Matty welcomed their baby girl into the world last week and are completely besotted with her - despite their lack of sleep.

“Becoming a Dad was better than I ever could have imagined,” Matty said at the time.

Meanwhile jewellery designer Laura gushed over her “divine little slice of human pudding” who they named after their nanas.
