“I couldn’t be more proud of myself and that is saying some something. I don’t often champion myself, I’m insecure in my talent, and insecure in my person, most of the time, but here I am doing the absolute most vulnerable thing I could think of doing,” she continued.

Famous friends were quick to congratulate Gracie for her accomplishment, with celebrity chef Ina Garten writing, “Good luck Gracie!! ❤️.” Country singer Martina McBride also chimed in, commenting, “Congratulations Gracie! 👏👏👏👏👏👏.”

“Congrats Gracie🥳, SO proud of you!!!” wrote one commenter, while another said, “You go, Gracie. Keep shining your light❤️.”

Oscar winner Marisa Tomei and Full Metal Jacket star Arliss Howard also appear in the three-person show.

According to a synopsis, the play follows the story of a married couple, played by Tomei and Howard, who produce platinum records. When a new hire, played by Gracie, calls out some of the compromises made in their work, Tomei’s character “must face the music and fight to survive.”
