Fans Are ’So Happy’ for Jelly Roll As He Shares Emotional Message of Gratitude: ‘Well Deserved’

Fans are assuring Jelly Roll that the success he’s currently enjoying is “well deserved” after the country music star shared a career update on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The “Save Me” singer recorded his emotional message while on route to Saturday Night Live, where he helped the show open its 50th season as its musical guest. Jelly Roll was traveling to New York City’s Rockefeller Center from Central Park, where he had just performed at the Global Citizen Live Festival. The night before, the Grammy-nominated artist performed his first-ever sold-out show at Madison Square Garden.

Jelly Roll was reflecting on his busy weekend of career firsts when he decided to share his stunned reaction to it all with his fans. “Y’all, I normally don’t broadcast this kind of insanity when it happens, but this is the most insane it’s ever been,” he said, his eyes bright with emotion. He recapped his “insane” sold-out show and described playing in “the famous Central Park” as “crazy” and “unreal.”

“But listen: Now I’m getting a police escort through Manhattan to go to Saturday Night Live, baby!” he said with an excited yell. “What the f--- is happening in my life right now, y’all.”

In Jelly Roll’s caption for the video, which he shared on Instagram, he credited his success to his fans. “Y’all gave me this life,” he wrote. “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

“Earned not given,” one fan told the “Wild Ones” singer as another agreed, writing, “You earned it my guy 🫡.”

"You're getting the love you deserve. That's what. 💯❤️,” one fan wrote while another echoed, “Well deserved ❤️,” and a third person declared, "🔥🔥🔥🔥 you deserve it all!”

“You were doing everything you’re supposed to🔥🔥,” an Instagram user wrote.

“I'm so Happy for you J,” another Instagram user commented, adding, "What's been happening in your life is incredible and you are having a big impact. Soak it all in Brother!💯.”
