Fans Express Serious Health Concern for Lily Allen in New Photos

Lily Allen shared a series of glamorous photos to Instagram on Friday, Oct. 4, that seemed meant to showcase her high-fashion gown—but fans were more concerned about her body than anything else.

In the photos, the British songstress posed in a sheer, strapless Aadenvik dress with a boned corset, feathers, and a thigh-high slit. Allen accessorized with a glittering belt, silver jewelry, and silver Jimmy Choo stilettos for her night out celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Chiltern Firehouse in London on Thursday.

Two of the shots in the carousel showed the star relaxing in a white robe while getting her hair done for the event.

"Last Night at the @chilternfirehouse #CHF10," Allen captioned her post.

While comments on the post have since been turned off, the "Smile" singer's followers were quick to express their concern, according to News.com.au.

“You’re beautiful but I’m worried, are you OK?” one Instagram user asked.

“Please look after yourself!” begged another person.

Fans on X also weighed in on Allen's slight frame.

"Way too thin," wrote one commenter, while a second X user suggested Ozempic was to blame, writing, "You can usually tell Ozempic takers from miles away. Shrunken everything and big bobble head. Why she would take it is beyond me."

This isn't the first time Allen has been accused of being underweight. As the Daily Mail reported, Allen clapped back at critics in 2021 who took issue with her body in a video she posted at the time.

Responding to a now-deleted message, the 39-year-old celeb wrote, "Seriously, where do you get off? You know NOTHING about me or my lifestyle. How dare you."
