Make Your Pout Count

We hope you’re wearing your brightest pop lip today – it’s for charity after all.

Pink Hope is the only hereditary health charity and aims to encourage Aussies to start a conversation about their family’s hereditary health, specifically their risk of breast and ovarian cancer.

The campaign’s founder Krystal Barter knew her family carried the "cancer gene", BRCA1 (the same gene made famous by Angelina Jolie) and had both of her breasts removed at aged 25.

While in recovery Krystal started Pink Hope and has wanted Australian’s to start discussing hereditary health ever since.

Aussie model Jess Hart is leading the campaign (now in its third year) and has collaborated with Pink Hope to create an exclusive lippy for Bright Pink Lipstick Day.

So paint your smackers with your best pink lipstick and post a pic to social media with the hashtags #brightpinklipstickday #lumabyjesshart and #pinkhopeaus.
