Khloe Kardashian dropped 5 kilos just by quitting dairy!

Khloe Kardashian has been hailed for amazing hot bod - but apparently it’s not just the work of gruelling gym workouts.

In an interview with NewBeauty, the 31-year-old star reveals she lost a heap of weight by cutting out diary!

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” she says. “In a month and a half I lost 11 pounds [5 kilos] just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

And the sassy star, who once said that people loved to call her fat, also credits regular gym sessions and eating right for keeping her keep in shape.

“I’m way healthier now that I ever was. I stay really hydrated by drinking five litres of water and taking vitamins every single day,” she adds.

“Working out also makes my skin look better - everything looks better.”
