She slimmed down to her best body ever after giving birth to her daughter North, but this time Kim Kardashian insists she wants to lose her baby weight slowly following the birth of her second child.

The realty star, who has has just given birth to her second child, a baby boy, says she is in no rush to ditch the baby weight and would rather be a "little bit more realistic" and take her time this time.

"A few weeks to go and 60 pounds up!" she wrote on her official website. "I look at other celebrities and Instagram girls who are literally so skinny right after giving birth. How is that possible?!?!

"I mean, I'm focused and I love the challenge of getting my body back and feeling good again, BUT I am going to be a little bit more realistic. I'm not saying anyone is being unhealthy or not doing it the right way, but how do they lose weight and look so good so fast?! (sic)"

Maybe her decision to not head straight back into the gym has something to do with the fact that Kim, 35, is already planning baby number three!

"I'm not worried about after [giving birth to my second child]," she recently revealed. "I'm just worried about number three, that's when your body really starts to slip."
