According to the brothel owner Dennis Hof, the basketball star was “wanting to get away and have some fun” and had been on a boozy bender for the last couple of days.

However, Us Weekly is reporting that Ryder and transgender prostitute Madison Montag, are the ones who left Lamar to sleep at 6am at the Ranch - which offers the 'real girlfriend experience' - on Monday night, and then fond him unresponsive at 3pm the next day.

The Transsexual's Instagram page describes her as a “model, legal courtesan, sex icon,” and after the news broke about Lamar being taken to hospital, she tweeted three prayer hands emojis.

"Madison is one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen," Hof gushed a few months ago, when he announced he was hiring a transgender prostitute. "We get frequent requests for transsexual women with fully working male genitalia, and I don't think you could have the best of both of those worlds any better than you do with this petite young beauty."

Ryder and Monica are yet to comment on social media about the incident at the Ranch.

Lamar’s ex Khloe Kardashian — along with her mum, Kris Jenner, sister Kim Kardashian and brother Rob Kardashian — have rushed to be by her estranged hubby’s side.

Rev. Jesse Jackson, who was one of Lamar's many visitors told reporters outside the hospital, saying that doctors he spoke to say Lamar is recovering well.

"Apparently from what the doctor said, he was much better off today than yesterday. He at least has some responsiveness now,' Jackson said. 'He's got tubes in him now but we felt inspired by his presence."

"We're just holding hands and hoping he can bounce back."

Other sources claim that Lamar's situation has got worse, with TMZ is reporting that suffered multiple strokes, is on kidney dialysis and has just a 50/50 chance of survival and will likely suffer brain damage.
