Does Kim Kardashian have diabetes?

Kim Kardashian has hinted in the promo for Season 11 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she could be suffering with gestational diabetes!

In the clip on E! News, the 34-year-old - who suffered with preeclampsia when she was pregnant with her daughter North West - can be seen having a scan to make sure everything is okay with baby number 2.

"Once you have preeclampsia, you are at risk of having it again," her doctor warns her.

But the pregnant star, who is expecting a boy in December with her rapper husband Kanye West, can be seen telling her mum Kris Jenner afterwards, "They saw more fluid than usual in my placenta, which can mean I have diabetes."

Meanwhile on the new trailer, Scott Disick hides his tears behind sunglasses while begging his baby mama Kourtney Kardashian to forgive him.
