Sam Frost is taking another chance at love as Australia's first ever Bachelorette.

The 26-year-old made headlines just six months ago when she was dumped by Blake Garvey for second runner-up Louise Pillidge.

“I think I will be a bit more wiser when it comes to my choice of men,” the 26-year-old told The Daily Telegraph.

In another interview with WHO, Sam said, “If anything, I’ve realised that I’m a lot stronger than I thought I was and definitely more sure of who I am and what I want in a guy and what I expect in a relationship."

Sam was the winner of last year's show, only to have her short-lived engagement to 32-year-old Blake end in disaster. The star then auctioned her diamond engagement ring off for $31,720.

The Ten spin-off show will begin filming next month.
