Can You Go 24 Hours Without Make-Up?

Makeup Free Me (MFM) is an Australian organisation empowering women to go makeup free for a day. On Friday, August 30, women are encouraged to ditch their morning makeup routine and take on the bare-faced challenge.

Participants can register via the charity's website and get sponsored by their friends and family. Funds raised will go to the Butterfly Foundation - a charity that provides support for Australians suffering from body image and eating disorders.

“We have nothing against makeup but what we hope is that through days like this, a community of people who champion positive body image will be created,” said Merissa Matthew, founder of MFM.

Register for the challenge at www.makeupfreeme.com.au.
