Did Oprah Cancel Lindsay Lohan's Show?

Lindsay Lohan's life after rehab documentary series isn't getting the attention its producers, including Oprah Winfrey, had hoped. It's been speculated that the OWN Network mogul has decided to pull the cord on Lindsay after the current first season is through.

"Oprah will tell Lindsay later this month that her show won't be reappearing for in the future," a source told the Mail Online. "First and foremost, the ratings were an absolute disaster. It didn't pull in the viewers that Oprah had hoped for."

However, a rep for the cable network has since dismissed the rumours, insisting the show was only signed on for one season in the first place. "Rumours that it is being cancelled are untrue," the rep told E! Online. "The intention was always to do eight episodes. The show is not being cancelled."

This still means we most likely won't be seeing any more of Lindsay after the eighth episode. Despite the publicity trail leading up to the premiere of the show, only 700,000 viewers tuned in for the first episode - less than a third of the expected number.

Earlier this week, Rosie O'Donnell slammed the 27-year-old actress on Twitter, calling Lindsay a "tragedy on every level".

The TV personality tweeted, "The Lindsay show is a tragedy - on every level - I hope one day she gets sober for real and watches these episodes - n sees what we all do (sic)."

In a recent episode, the Mean Girls actress admitted to drinking again during her sixth attempt at getting sober. "I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink and yeah... I had some wine," Lindsay confessed.
