Expert suggests Harry and Meghan had a tiff at royal wedding

We’re used to seeing Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle engaging in heartwarming PDAs, but one expert who was watching them at Princess Eugenie’s wedding, has suggested that things may not have been so rosy on that occasion.

While the couple were pictured smiling as they walked in and out of St George’s Chapel, body language expert Judi James believed the pair might have had a slight royal tiff while waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Judi described the Prince as appearing ‘impatient’ while Meghan looked, ‘exasperated’.

“For some reason, Harry looks distracted and fidgety as they wait in the pews, while Meghan sits facing front and looking demure and impervious, with a polite social smile on her face,” Judi told Express.co.uk.

“Harry mutters something to Meghan and her eyebrows raise before she turns her head towards him, using what looks like an emphatic gesture with each word of her reply.”

“Meghan looks a little bit like a mother with a naughty kid and she even raises both of her hands in a gesture that could mean slight exasperation,” she continued.

It seemed to be that the Duchess of Sussex might have been telling off her husband after he interrupted her chat with Zara Tindall.

However, lip readers are unable to determine the exact words spoken as Harry’s head is turned to the side as he spoke to Meghan.

Just moments earlier, the duo broke royal protocol by entering the chapel ahead of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

In general, royal hierarchy dictates that William and Kate should walk in front of the Sussexes as they are higher ranking royals.

This is why at many events we see Harry and Meghan standing slightly behind Wills and Kate.
