Ewan McGregor's daughter calls him an 'a**hole of a man'
Ewan McGregor’s daughter Clara is bragging about her mama — and rightly so.
Eve Mavrakis, 52, looks incredible in a bikini photo that 22-year-old Clara — the eldest of four girls that McGregor and his ex-wife share — posted on Instagram.
She seemed to have something less flattering to say about her father, who filed for divorce from her mother after 22 years of marriage on Jan. 19, 2018, months after he was photographed kissing his Fargo co-star and current girlfriend, Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
There were multiple reports that Clara left a comment, since taken down, in response to someone advising her to keep her mom away from her boyfriends.
Clara reportedly responded: “I keep her away from a**hole men who leave my goddess of a mother.”
The comment sparked headlines that Clara was criticising her father, which Clara then shot down.
Clara has always been candid when speaking about her Moulin Rouge father and his new relationship.

In July 2018, she referred to Winstead as ‘a piece of trash’, although she later said that she regretted having done so.
She then addressed her comment in an interview.
“It wasn’t the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset,” she told The Times in August 2018.
“There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with — not to make excuses or anything — but, yeah, it wasn’t my finest moment.”
At the time, Clara said she wasn’t interested in meeting Winstead but that she remained “very close” to her father.
“I love him and I always will. The relationship’s not going to end because of this,” Clara told the newspaper.
“We are incredibly close, and despite me strongly disagreeing with how he’s gone about things, I’ll always love him. I hope he’s happy, you know?”
She added that the actor’s breakup had brought the women in the family closer.
“It’s always been clear, and always will be, that I have my mom’s back in this — fully. Not only as a daughter, but as a woman.”
