There was no foolproof way to score tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour—just ask Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The Hollywood veteran, who most recently starred in Red One and Moana 2, apparently had some difficulty procuring seats when a friend asked him for help getting to the show. Ticketmaster, obviously, was of no help.

"I’m never good at asking for that kind of stuff. I’m good at giving it. Hate asking for stuff. I don’t do it," Johnson told Entertainment Tonight, , explaining he had to call in a favor from Swift. "But in this case, made a little call. Taylor made it happen."

"It’s never happened in my career," Johnson said. "Usually, I don’t have to pull strings. Usually, I’ll just… I just make it happen. But in this case, made a little call. Taylor made it happen." He added, "I got the picture of the happy ladies who were there. All was well in the world. I appreciate that about Taylor."

Johnson isn't the only celebrity who has had trouble gaining access to the larger-than-life experience that is Swift's Eras Tour, which became the highest-grossing tour of all time in December 2023. Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh, for example, recently lamented as much, saying "I can't get in." (He watched the movie instead.)

Unlike Soderbergh, plenty of celebrities have been spotted at Eras Tour shows since Swift began touring in March 2023, including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Emma Stone, Adam Sandler, and Katy Perry. Of course, this A-list lineup also includes Travis Kelce, who attended a number of shows this summer before returning to the football field for another NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs. Kelce made a few surprise onstage appearances along the way, and was most recently spotted at her show in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium.

"I'll tell you what, man. The American crowds, they did not disappoint," Kelce said during an episode of his podcast, which he hosts alongside his brother Jason. "I heard that it was a lot more rowdy this time around, knowing she was coming back to stop through America one last time before the tour was over with, and I'll tell you what, man, that thing was rocking. Absolutely rocking."
