Elon Musk and Grimes 'trap' rapper in their home

If you didn’t think music was a serious business then think again because rapper Azealia Banks has found herself trapped at the home of tech billionaire Elon Musk and now refusing to leave until she finishes a collaboration his pop-singer girlfriend Grimes.

And that is just the start of this very odd story.

Thanks to the digital world we live in today, fans were kept in the loop with frequent updates of the situation posted to Azealia’s Instagram story.

“Literally been sitting at Elon Musk’s waiting for Grimes to show up and start these sessions,” she wrote initially “I have no idea when she is coming back. I’m going to wait one more day then I’m going to go home.”

“Staying at Musk’s house is like a real-life episode of Get Out,” she said in another post.

Azealia continued posting to explain that Grimes had invited her to stay at the mansion that is her boyfriend’s house however when she got there Grimes was apparently too busy.

And after what we can only assume was out of boredom or frustration, things took a turn for the worse when the controversial 212 rapper started taking digs at Telsa CEO, Elon even claiming he was ‘on acid’ when he made a big business announcement over Twitter that he was considering making Tesla private.

“Lol I waited around all weekend while grimes coddled her boyfriend for being too stupid to know not to go on Twitter while on acid,” she posted before later saying he was freaking out over the post.

While the rapper admitted she should have stayed in New Yor City she was clearly stunned when Grimes, “had the nerve to go ghost and ‘book me a first class flight’” out of LA.

She even insisted that the couple must have just invited her simply to have a threesome with her rather than make music.

Then things got reaaal personal reaaal quick as the rapper known for her celebrity feuds got personal with her insults.

Azealia went on to call Grimes — a singer she’d previously publicly expressed admiration for — a “dirty-sneaker-inbred-out of the woods” and said of Elon that he “took steroids and got hair plugs to convince himself he was an alpha,” before she later dubbed him as a “mutant”.

She also snapped back at claims that she was holding herself hostage in a post addressed to Grimes:

“Holding myself hostage? So you mean to tell me I specifically invited myself into your home after weeks and weeks of you telling me how your man thinks I’m hot and begging me to come to LA to work with you crusty ass? The last time I try working with a white b*tch.”

While fans are familiar with Azealia Banks’ antics, this was honestly next level and Twitter has been going off:
