Elizabeth Hurley had a unique way of celebrating her longtime friend’s birthday as she posted a series of photos on social media earlier this week.
Hurley, 59, kicked off a nine-part Instagram carousel on Friday, Nov. 29, with a snapshot of herself appearing to wear nothing while sitting in a chair and having her makeup done. The English actress left little to the imagination as she sat with the back of the chair strategically blocking a full-on view of her body, with her bare legs straddling the chair as she draped her bare arms over her chest.

The model’s makeup artist, Sandy Linter, also appeared in the photo, her arms raised up near Hurley’s face as if preparing to add eye makeup.
“Happy Birthday to my beautiful friend @sandylinter 🩷 My make up queen for 30 years. I 🩷 you xxxx,” Hurley wrote to caption the post, which also included several throwback photos from the years that she and Linter have spent working together. After causing some fans to do a double take in reaction to the first photo, the rest of the collection showed the English actress striking various poses beside Linter as they enjoyed time together and strengthened their bond as friends.
It wasn’t lost on fans of the Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery actress that her birthday tribute began with a photo of herself wearing her birthday suit.
“Birthday suit happy birthday to your friend.. I got it!!” one fan commented on the photo series.
“Happy Birthday Sandy! I see dearest Elizabeth you have your Birthday suit on and I must say the best suit ever 😍,” another fan wrote.
While many fans left comments on the post wishing Linter a happy birthday and praising the Gossip Girl alum’s “forever young” looks, others applauded Hurley’s decades-long friendship with Linter.
