Linda is back in EastEnders next week – but there’s news from the police. Plus Zack faces the truth, while a pregnant Lily decides her next move.

Zack wants to face up to his responsibilities
Ahead of the tasting at Walford East, Zack attempts to act confident. But as Suki and Nish head to the restaurant, they overhear Chelsea gossiping about Zack leaving Whitney and the baby. It’s a revelation that results in Suki nit-picking where Zack is concerned, and he ends up smashing a glass and cutting his hand before storming out.

Later, Zack realises that he needs to face up to things. And after Whit has her baby scan, Zack tells Sonia that he’s desperate to know how things have gone. This concern then gets back to Whitney, who wonders if she should give Zack another chance.
The pair then come face to face when a nervy Whitney receives a text from the clinic and Zack offers support when she opens it. It’s a gesture that leaves Whit thankful, but she tells Zack it’d still be best if he kept his distance.
Linda returns – but gets a visit from the police
The Slaters’ money worries worsen, so Alfie hits upon what he hopes will be a cash-making endeavour: he’s going to reopen the Vic.
After getting Patrick to swipe the keys, Alfie sets about filling the pub with punters by throwing a summer party to banish the January blues. But just when he’s starting to think that he’s hit the jackpot, in storms Linda, who accuses Alfie and the rest of her neighbours of not caring that Mick is dead.

Having received an ear bashing, Alfie then decides to gather Mick’s friends to surprise Linda with a vigil in the bar for her lost love. But the event is interrupted by the police – what news are they bringing with them?
Ravi, Denise, Chelsea love triangle drama
A guilty Denise is determined to halt Ravi’s flirtations and tells him she’s a happily married woman. He, though, isn’t so sure that she’s being honest about the situation, but while drowning his sorrows later at Peggy’s, he ends up flirting with Chelsea.
The next day, Ravi and Chelsea arrange a date – but Denise isn’t happy and confronts Ravi about using his daughter. He retorts that he’ll date whoever he likes, and soon finds himself being lured into No 1 for a “drink”.
Will Lola be reunited with her mum?
On Monday, an excited Lola asks Kim to be her maid of honour. And after taking on the job, Kim immediately starts planning a hen party, despite Jay’s worries that it’ll all be too much for Lola.
But as Kim formulates a guest list, she hits a raw nerve when enquiring about Lola’s mum. Later, Lexi too starts asking questions, all of which leaves Lola admitting that she doesn’t have any answers.
It’s a situation that leaves Lola talking to Jay about the opportunity to find her mum, though Jay remains sceptical that it’s a good idea. Billy, meanwhile, is wondering what to get Lola as a wedding present and hits on the perfect idea.
Lily decides on her future
A desperate Martin will be seen begging Stacey to support him in taking Lily to have an abortion, but she ends up refusing to help.
But it seems that Lily will decide what to do without interference from the grown-ups in her life. Having spoken to an oblivious Whitney about motherhood, Lily comes home and reveals that she’s made a decision. But will she opt to have the baby?
Sam to leave with Ricky?
Thursday’s drama sees Ricky getting custody of Janine’s daughter Scarlett and making plans to return to Germany.
And as Sam starts to ponder what she really wants from life, will the answer end up being to head overseas with Ricky?
