Over the weekend, several reputable food bloggers–including SnackWithZach, who accurately predicted the release of Dr Pepper's collab with Del Taco, the Pink Lemonade Kit Kat and the most recent return of Wendy's Vanilla Frosty–revealed that the Dr Pepper Creamy Coconut variety may once again be stocked at stores all over the country.

Originally released as a summer 2024 exclusive, the bubbly beverage features "a combination of distinctive Dr Pepper flavor with the refreshing taste of coconut." It was previously released in a zero-sugar variety and sold at most major retailers already carrying the brand, including Dollar General, 7-Eleven and Kroger.

Whether or not the return will be seasonal again this year is unknown, as are its retailers, though it's not expected to be exclusive to any store. The sugar-free version is also expected to return alongside it, per information shared with the food blogger and his colleague known online as TeamSupernovaFB.

A rep for Dr Pepper did not return Parade's request for comment in time for publishing. We will update this post with any new information.

Fans are clear with their requests, which is apparently what led the brand to even consider bringing back the Dirty Soda-inspired offering, with one top-liked comment declaring: "I want it to be permanent."

"THANK GOD!" another exclaimed. "i loved this and was really sad when it was over it actually took the crown as my favorite Dr. Pepper (i'm sorry dr pepper scream soda 🙏)."

"That flavor was ungodly good," another confessed before a fourth demanded, "They better bring the zero sugar version back too."

"I hope this small trend of tropical flavors keeps taking off in 2025," someone else shared. "I want more coconut, passionfruit, papaya, guava, star fruit, lychee to get time to shine in the states 😌."

Among Dr Pepper's other recent releases include a Blackberry flavor, which a different user even called out in the post, admitting, "Just tried the blackberry and love it!!"
