Yahoo Lifestyle Doja Cat flashes major sideboob going braless in dangerously plunging dress
Calling all Doja Cat fans – you’re in for a treat! After the Grammy winner mysteriously wiped her Instagram feed, she returned to the social media platform yesterday [Wednesday 26 March] to post what is best described as fire pics debuting a whole new aesthetic. Posing in a plunging black dress with absolutely nothing underneath – no shirt, no bra, nothing – Doja freed plenty of side boob in the risqué look.
But that’s hardly the most statement thing about her ensemble, as the design featured an exaggerated neckline that extended above her head to act as an oversized sculptural hood, taking the puffy shoulder trend to new heights in turn.
The dress is the creation of Magda Butrym, AKA the latest designer to join forces with H&M for the high street’s famed designer collaboration collections. Known for her use of 3D florals, Doja’s look features a red corsage pinned to the left side of her chest. If we weren’t already obsessed with the upcoming collection, we certainly are now. Her hair styled in Grace Jones’ iconic cut completed the ‘fit perfectly.
But what does it all mean? Only that a new Doja era is upon us, duh. Captioning her post “tu es ma vie” gave a subtle nod to the title of her upcoming album, Vie. Translating to “life” in French, that’s pretty much all we know about the upcoming album... BUT, we’re taking this aesthetic reveal as a good sign that more information, if not music, will be coming soon. Watch this space.
