Who Is Danny from 'Claim to Fame' Related To?: An Investigation

Step aside Sherlock Holmes! This season, I will be doing my darnedest to figure out the secret identities of the Claim to Fame contestants. The show's premise is simple enough: eleven contestants enter a Hollywood mansion, each is related to a A-list celebrity. The person who can keep their relative's identity a secret for the longest wins!

As I'm watching along each week, I'll be attempting to piece together the clues and determine the relative of each contestant, cataloging the information we learn along the way. Spoilers for all episodes that have aired in the main post, plus a separate spoilers section for what internet sleuths have discovered outside the show. Here's everything we have learned about Danny and my predictions:

Who is Danny's Claim to Fame celebrity relative?

Episode 2 clues

We got nothing although it's possible that one of the following clues from the canoeing challenge relates to his relative: alleyoop, alimony, gemini, giraffe, maraca, chastity, valkyrie

Episode 1 clues

Two truths and a lie:
My celebrity relative is my: UNCLE
My celebrity relative is best known for being an: PRO WRESTLER
The biggest award my celebrity relative has won: GRAMMY

Otherwise we didn't get much from him.

The other contestants' best guess

Jelly Roll

Shane guesses that Danny might be related to Jelly Roll, but that's really the only guess we get.

Hulk Hogan
Dwayne Johnson
Elton John
Blake Shelton
Chris Martin

The few pro wrestlers I know don't seem to have Grammys (at least not according to a quick Google check), so that makes me think that the uncle part is true and that we're either looking for a pro wrestler or a singer. If it is someone like Hulk Hogan or Dwayne Johnson, I think I'd try VERY HARD to keep people away from that idea, so I have to think the relative is a Grammy winner, in which case there are hundreds of middle aged men with Grammys to choose from. Elton John? Blake Shelton? Chris Martin?

While the internet has been searching, there's no concrete evidence yet as to who Danny might be related to.
