The ballroom will be full of spookiness tonight when Dancing with the Stars celebrates “Halloween Nightmares” night, an evening full of unforgettable costumes and spirted, spine-tingling dance routines.

But first, here's a sneak peek as the seven remaining couples prepare for tonight's competition.

The Bachelorette star Jenn Tran and pro Sasha Farber will perform a Contemporary to “vampire” by Olivia Rodrigo based on her nightmare: vampires.

For Jenn, her nightmare is "things popping out at me without me knowing, like vampires. I dated a lot of vampires in my past, sucking the energy out of me."

Super Bowl Champion Danny Amendola and pro Witney Carson will perform an Argentine Tango to “Poison” by RAVN based on his nightmare: snakes.

"When I was a kid, my worst nightmare was running through a grassy field of snakes," Danny said. "Scares me to death. They’re creepy, they’re slimy. I don’t like fangs."

The Bachelor star Joey Graziadei and pro Jenna Johnson will perform an Argentine Tango to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” by Róisín Murphy based on his nightmare: ventriloquist dolls.

"I am a scaredy-cat," Joey said. "I am scared of puppets and ventriloquists. I don’t like when they come to life. I don’t like when they seem real."

NBA Champion Dwight Howard and pro Daniella Karagach will perform a Contemporary to “Ring Around The Rosie” by District 78 featuring Natalia Lillee where Dwight becomes the nightmare: the boogeyman.

"I am not afraid of anything," Dwight said. "My goal is to become something everybody is afraid of. I will be this nightmarish, creepy character. I want this dance to be like they just watched a horror movie."

TV star Chandler Kinney and pro Brandon Armstrong will perform a Viennese Waltz to “Secret” by Denmark + Winter based on her nightmare: creepy dolls.

"I do have this one specific creepy doll that lives in my grandparents’ attic and it just randomly moves throughout the house whenever I’m there," Chandler said. "Then I realized it was my brothers and cousins that were playing tricks on me."

Olympian rugby player Ilona Maher and pro Alan Bersten will perform a Tango to “Psycho Killer” by Miley Cyrus based on her nightmare: psycho killers.

Ilona said her nightmare is “Scary movies. Whenever there is a killer chasing them, I’m not watching them. I am dancing as a psycho killer, but I’m not a fan of Halloween.”

Olympian gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and pro Rylee Arnold will perform a Contemporary to “I Ran (So Far Away)” by Hidden Citizens based on his nightmare: the dark.

"If it was pitch black darkness and I didn’t know where I was without my glasses, I have trouble seeing anything at all," Stephen explained. "I have no depth perception and I also have a genetic disorder, so any lights in my face are super painful. For the dance, I will play a nightmare character that lurks in the dark."
