Customers Beg Taco Bell to Add Menu Item 'Permanently' Ahead of Return

Taco Bell lovers are basking in delight over the upcoming return of a fan-favorite item, but they wish it wasn't only for a limited time.

According to Instagram user @markie_devo, an expert when it comes to exciting food news, Taco Bell is planning to bring back the beloved Nacho Fries later this month, but to many fans' disappointment, the comeback is just temporary.

Following the news that the fast food taco restaurant would be bringing back the famous Nacho Fries for a limited time only, users took to social media to react to the bittersweet news while imploring the brand to make them a permanent fixture on Taco Bell menus.

"why not just keep them on the menu," someone wrote under @markie_devo's post on Tuesday, Sept. 3, while someone else echoed, "Why are they not just on the menu permanently."

"Lmao they had to bring back the hype again" another user added.

One particularly irritated Taco Bell fan also shared their hot take on the matter, writing in the Instagram comments, "I'm so f—king tired of LTO fries, JUST MAKE THEM PERMANENT FOR CHRIST SAKE."

"Taco Bell just needs to keep Nacho Fries on menu!!" another person stressed.

But other fans were just grateful for the opportunity to purchase some Nacho Fries again this fall, including one user who said, "Now this...is my fav thing from [Taco Bell] in a while."

"Move over pumpkins," someone else gushed, calling the re-release of the Nacho Fries their "favorite time of the year."

Taco Bell's Nacho Fries will be available at participating locations for a limited time beginning on Thursday, Sept. 12.
