The Critics Choice Awards 2024: The 10 best dressed
With the Golden Globes and the Governors Awards behind us, Hollywood is set for another big week on the awards season circuit with the Critics' Choice Awards taking place last night, and the Emmys scheduled for tomorrow.
The Critics Choice Awards was this year held in Santa Monica, and celebrated the best in film and television. Winners on the night included Emma Stone for Poor Things, Sarah Snook for Succession and Elizabeth Debicki for The Crown.
Perhaps a slightly more low-key event than the likes of the Globes and the Oscars, the Critics Choice Awards still always offers up plenty of red-carpet drama. Margot Robbie in Balmain
Another excellent red gown came from Margot Robbie, who wore custom Balmain. The dress featured beautiful 3D rose detail across and a very elegant silhouette.
Emma Stone in Louis Vuitton
There were also a number of standout black dresses at the Critics Choice Awards last night. One of these came courtesy of Emma Stone and Louis Vuitton in the form of this velvet scalloped number.
Emily Blunt in Armani Privé

Ayo Edebiri in The Row
Ayo Edebiri took a bit of a red-carpet risk with a slightly more low-key ensemble, but it certainly paid off. The actress wore a white suit by The Row, which she teamed with a white T-shirt, black ballet pumps and some statement sunglasses.
Julianne Moore in Chanel
Julianne Moore looked regal in a purple Chanel gown. The strapless design featured a brooch detail and pockets.
Dua Lipa in Prada
Dua Lipa matched her red hair to her gown for the Critics Choice Awards in a textured, strapless gown by Prada. She added statement stud earrings, and kept the rest of her jewellery to a minimum.
