'This Copycat Starbucks S'mores Frappuccino Recipe Is What Dreams Are Made Of'
Starbucks beverages are my all-time favorite things to drink—and make—in my own kitchen. I started making copycat recipes because of Starbucks, actually, and my love of their frappes.
This Starbucks S'mores Frappuccino was introduced during the summer of 2015, and it has reappeared a few times over the years since. Even Starbucks knows that summer and s'mores desserts go hand in hand! With this copycat recipe, though, you can have one year-round when the craving hits. It's pretty close to the original, even down to the marshmallow-infused whipped cream. It may sound fancy and difficult, but don't worry; this version takes about one minute to make.

What Is in a S'mores Frappuccino?
The bottom of each cup is coated with marshmallow cream and chocolate syrup. Then, a frothy vanilla coffee frappe is poured over and topped off with more marshmallow cream and a nice swirl of whipped cream. Oh, and you can't forget the sprinkling of graham crackers.

Ingredients
1 cup ice, make sure the ice is fresh
1 tsp + 1 cup milk of choice, whole, almond, 2 percent all work, for extra thick you can use half and half
1 shot espresso or, ½ cup strong coffee, decaf works too. Chilled before adding to recipe
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ tbsp granulated sugar or vanilla syrup
½ (square) graham cracker
3 tbsp + 1 tbsp marshmallow cream
Aerosol whipped cream for topping
1 tsp crushed graham crackers
Prepare coffee or espresso and refrigerate to chill it before use.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add 3 tablespoons of marshmallow cream and 1 tsp of milk. Microwave on medium power for 5 seconds. Take out and stir. You just want to soften the cream a bit.
Spread the marshmallow milk mixture into the bottom of a tall cup or glass. You can bring up the sides just a little.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the cream and some on the sides of the cup. Set aside.
In a blender, add the chilled coffee, ice, 1 cup of milk, vanilla extract and sugar or vanilla syrup.
Blend just until combined and frothy. If you want a thicker frappe, you can add more ice or vanilla ice cream (ice cream is not in the original).
Pour the blended mixture into the cup and top with 1 tbsp of marshmallow cream, whipped cream and a sprinkling of crushed graham crackers.
Put a straw in and sip away, enjoy!
