Constance Hall has hit back at mummy-shamers online, after she was slammed for posting a post-labour picture to her Instagram.

The image, taken by trinacaryphotography, shows Constance sitting up in her hospital bed, with her husband, Denim Cooke, looking adoringly at their new baby boy, Raja.

However, her followers took issue with the fact that Constance is looking at her phone in the candid shot.

“Possibly my favourite photo from the birth of Raja…. welcome to the Matriarchy Densy .. Queen just had a baby yo,” Constance captioned the photo.

While some slammed the mum for her choice of picture, others were quick to come to her defense.

“Too many ‘perfect parent police’! After hours of labour there’s nothing wrong with taking a moment for yourself,” one commenter said.

“She may of been texting her family to tell them baby and her were ok, she may of been getting her phone ready to take a photo,” another person said.

Constance then hit back, claiming ‘it’s nobody’s business what a mother is doing on her phone the day she gives birth’.

“If she’s sending her children and mother photos of the baby or googling tit jobs in Thailand it’s not your business,” Constance wrote.

“In fact the way another mother is mothering…… is not your problem.”

She went on to thanks her fans who had ‘come to bat’ for her, even though she admitted that it was ‘completely unnecessary’.

“I couldn’t care less about these comments. I’m on the beach, with 5 of my kids in the sun with the Dolphins at Monkey Mia.”

Constance welcomed baby boy Raja back in May, taking to Instagram to make the exciting announcement.

The name Raja means ‘King’ or ‘Prince’, fitting, considering Constance goes by the name ‘Queen’.

The 33-year-old mum already has four kids and her partner, Denim Cooke, has two.
