Yahoo Lifestyle TikToker shows off the haunted real-life Conjuring house
A woman has been spooking people on TikTok, by giving tours of her parent's home which has a very haunted history.
Madison Heinzen has been sharing TikTok videos about her family's home since last year.
"You think Annabelle escaping scares me?" the caption of her first TikTok says, referring to a rumour which circulated last year of a haunted doll which escaped.
"My family owns the real life Conjuring house."
Located in Harrisville, Rhode Island, the home Madison's family owns is the same house which is featured in the 2013 film, The Conjuring.
The Perron family used to own the home and the film is based on their experiences.
"It is likely the most haunted house in America, revealed in detail by the Perron family who once dwelled within its walls for a decade during the 1970s," the Conjuring House's website says.
"Though the film was fictionalised, the truth is stranger than fiction."
Madison's family does own the apparently-haunted farmhouse and her father, Cory Heinzen, is a paranormal investigator.
The Conjuring house's basement and daycare
On TikTok, Madison has done various tours of the home — the most recent being the basement.
In the video, Madison walks down the "steep" steps to the lowest level of the home, where the family keeps some of their possessions.
She then moves into the "well room", where there is literally a well, and explains some people have actually ventured down the well, but admitted it is not something she would do.
Perhaps the creepiest part of the basement is an old toy chest which features drawings done by children, including the 'bent neck lady'.
"Children did these, mind you," Madison says.
"Back when it was a daycare."
Madison then points out another room where people will sometimes go and investigate.
Despite the home's long history with the supernatural, Madison explains the main reason she hates the home's basement is the snakes.
A lot of people had questions regarding the basement, so Madison made a second part to clarify a few things.
"You guys did hear me correctly when I said there was a daycare at the Conjuring house, let me tell you what I do know," she said.
"The daycare was established in the mid-1980s and I'm not sure how long it was operational for.

"Previous visitors of the daycare have come forward to us to talk about their paranormal experiences while being there, in which doors would just randomly open or objects would move out of place and just things like that."
She explained things got to the point where all the mothers un-enrolled their children all on the same day.
She said the drawings on the toy box are some of the remnants of the daycare, though she promised another video in the future explaining the drawings of the crooked-neck lady.
There's also a chalkboard and random toys which would have been utilised in the daycare.
'Hide and clap' experience
Madison has explained in a previous video she does not actually live in the 'Conjuring' house, she instead lives in Maine, though her parents have offered to let her live there.
People can go visit the historic home, though the Heinzen's have completely booked out the place until next year.
On her TikTok, Madison has filmed several other tours, showcasing other parts of the home.
She has also spoken about the scariest thing she has experienced since being there — a clapping sound coming from the kitchen, which she managed to get on film.
"For those of you who have seen the movie, there is a scene where Carolyn and the girls are playing the hide and clap game," Madison says.
"So, hide and clap is a real game with the spirits at The Conjuring house, because I experienced it myself."
In the movie, The Conjuring, the children play 'hide and clap' and later in the film, Carolyn Perron hears clapping from the hallway.
