Josh Bowling’s latest Facebook profile photo features both his wife, Abby Hensel, and her conjoined twin sister, Brittany.

The picture is a cozy, smiley selfie featuring the trio, and appears to have been snapped in cooler weather, as Bowling is sporting a dark gray jacket and purple sweater, while the twins, 34, appear to be wearing a dark, v-neck sweater.

A house and a tree are visible in the shot behind Brittany, Abby and her husband.

Prior to the selfie, which Bowling shared on Sept. 5, his past profile photos on Facebook have not included his wife or her conjoined twin, according to what is shared publicly on his account.

The new image comes after news broke of Bowling’s marriage to Abby earlier this year. Though the couple tied the knot in 2021, their wedding was not made public until March 2024, when Today obtained records confirming that the nuptials had taken place.

After Abby’s wedding became public knowledge — and reignited interest in their lives — the Abby & Brittany stars began sharing more moments from the special day, as well as a few messages for their followers, on social media.

In June, the twins posted a TikTok of Abby and Bowling's wedding dance, which was set to an upbeat remix of "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele.

In the clip, the TLC stars swayed side to side with their arms around Bowling’s neck as his hands rested on their waist.

Abby and Brittany also posted another TikTok video the same day, with the caption, "We know you think you know us🖤❤️‍🔥 #sisterhoodgoals #abbyandbrittanyhensel #happy." It included various clips of the two sisters together and featured Justine Skye's track "Collide," as the soundtrack.

Lyrics from the track, "I know you think that you know me / But you ain't even see my dark side / This is for you only / So baby do me right, do me right" could be heard as the video played.

The footage followed a May TikTok the twins shared: a compilation of sweet snapshots from the wedding, including pictures of the pair in a bridal gown and one of them posing with Bowling and a flower girl.

"#Forever," they simply captioned the post, which was soundtracked by Taylor Swift’s song “But Daddy I Love Him.”

The same day in May, the twins shared two other TikToks, one featured a male voiceover saying, "To everyone who watches my life and gossips about it, don't give up. Season two is about to come out," over a number of photos of the two sisters.

Another video was captioned "#Sisterhoodgoals," and showed Abby and Brittany walking through a store. The clip used another of 34-year-old Swift's songs, this time the track "The Tortured Poets Department."

Abby and Brittany Hensel

Save for the occasional TikTok — the most recent was shared in August — Abby and Brittany lead a mostly private life. The twins live in Minnesota, where they teach fifth grade. Bowling, meanwhile, is a registered nurse and United States Army veteran.

Abby and Brittany are dicephalic conjoined twins and share the same bloodstream and organs below the waist. Abby controls their right arm and leg, while Brittany controls the left.

The twins first gained fame after they appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996, as well as gracing the cover of LIFE, and went on to star in a TLC reality show, Abby & Brittany, which showed their journey as they graduated from Minnesota's Bethel College and traveled over Europe.
