Natalie Bassingthwaighte had a baby girl!

Congratulations to Nat Bass and her fiance Cameron McGlinchey on the birth of their first child!

The former host of So You Think You Can Dance Australia had a baby girl on the 16th of August.

Publicist Mark Byrne released the following statement: 'Cameron McGlinchey and Nat Bass are the proud parents of a little girl, Harper Rain Sinclair McGlinchey.'

Baby Bassingthwaighte weighed in at 3.22kg and Byrne went on to say: 'Mum and bub are both doing well and are healthy.'

The 34-year-old entertainer and McGlinchey have been together for over six years. The pair met when Natalie was singing with eletro-pop band Rogue Traders and got engaged in July.

'We really planned it,' Natalie said in February of her pregnancy.

'We made a decision in LA last year. We just didn't think it would happen this quickly.'

In May McGlinchey said of the pregnancy: 'For us, it was always about the time being right.'

'Now the time is right. It's an opportunity to bring something good into the world.'
