Christina Hall Says Son Hudson 'Deserves' Her and Ant Anstead to Get Along as She Talks Co-Parenting with Exes

Christina Hall is opening up about her co-parenting experience with ex Ant Anstead amid her divorce from husband Josh Hall.

The Christina on the Coast star, 41, spoke out for the first time since filing for divorce from Hall in a conversation with Backgrid and discussed how her and Hall's new show The Flip Off will continue to operate.

The HGTV star also revealed why she decided to re-follow Anstead on Instagram. Christina and Anstead share 4-year-old son Hudson, and she admits that their little one was a key player in the decision.

“Ant and I share Hudson... and I feel like he deserves to have us get along,” she said.

Christina is also a mom to daughter Taylor, 13, and son Braydon, 8, whom she shares with ex Tarek El Moussa. In the same conversation, the mom of three discussed how co-parenting with El Moussa has been in comparison to Anstead.

“Tarek [El Moussa], Heather and I get along really well," she said. "It’s been really nice to co-parent with them," she says of her first husband and his now-wife Heather El Moussa.

She added, "He has my back. We get along really well."

According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE on July 16, Josh filed for a dissolution of marriage due to "irreconcilable differences" nearly three years after they tied the knot in October 2021. A source close to Christina confirmed that she has filed for divorce as well.

Another source told PEOPLE exclusively that the couple “had issues in the marriage for quite some time" before Josh filed.

Per the filing, Josh is requesting spousal support from the HGTV host, who stars alongside him on her shows Christina on the Coast, Christina in the Country, and the upcoming series The Flip Off, which is set to premiere in 2025.
