  • Christie Brinkley, 67, just rocked a black bikini on Instagram.

  • The star also wore a cute bohemian cover-up and sun hat, and made sure to apply lip gloss and SPF before heading to the beach.

  • “Hat✔️Sunblock✔️SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt✔️Gratitude ✔️,” she captioned the post.

While many of us are bundling up to brace for winter snowstorms, Christie Brinkley, 67, is living her best bikini-clad life. But it’s not lost on her that she’s lucky to be soaking up the sun.

On January 17, the star shared a mirror selfie in which she rocked a black bikini paired with a flowy bohemian cover-up and sun hat. Instead of smiling, the Sports Illustrated star cheekily applied lip gloss.

“Hat✔️Sunblock✔️SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt✔️Gratitude ✔️,” she captioned the post, tagging two of her longtime brand partnerships that keep her looking so effortless: SBLA beauty and TotalGym.

Without hesitation, friends and followers showered the mom of three with praise. “🔥🔥 honestly body goals 🙌🙌🙌,” one person commented. “You are goals for life well lived!” another added. “❤️🔥taking fire to the beach! 😍@christiebrinkley looking FABULOUS,” another wrote.

It’s true, Brinkley has been spending much of her time lately taking ocean-side strolls—sometimes even taking her bike. As someone who’s been open about getting older, she knows that the ultimate goal is to keep her body moving and grooving—all while protecting her skin with SPF, of course.

On January 7, she shared a clip from one of her many sandy adventures, advising her followers to always wear sunscreen. “Protect your skin while enjoying your sweet happy life. Be sure to use SPF every day. I’m wearing SPF 50, a swimsuit with long-sleeved sun protection, and a hat!” she wrote.

The supermodel previously shared the sunscreen brand she swears by and it’s a well-known celeb favorite. “Supergoop sunblock is my absolute favorite,” she told Coveteur last year. “So while I’m overdoing it [in my garden], I’m taking care of my skin and not getting burnt.”

Unfortunately, Brinkley admits that she hasn’t always practiced proper sun protection. Quite frankly, her goal was once to get as much sun as possible. “In my first beauty book, I literally had a couple pages on how to get the best tan. One of the things I recommended (and I apologized in my other beauty book) was sitting near the edge of the water for maximum water reflection on you, keeping water droplets on you because they would magnify the sun, and rubbing some baby oil on you,” she told The Cut in 2018. “Now we know it’s the number-one culprit in premature aging.”

Because she didn’t wise up to best sun protection practices sooner, Brinkley leans on SBLA beauty products to help reverse any skin damage. “@sblabeauty [reverses] the signs of overexposure to the elements,” she wrote in her January 7 Instagram. “Powerful peptides and active ingredients to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles, even out skin tones and tighten and lift your neck chin and jawline.”

And when it comes to showing off her confidence online—whether or not she’s sporting a swimsuit—Brinkley has no plans to stop anytime soon.

“I post these pictures because I hear from women my age all the time that say, ‘Thank you for changing the way people think about the numbers,’” she told Fox News in April. “Everybody’s different, everybody’s unique ... If you’ve got great legs, show them. If there’s something about yourself that you really love, celebrate that. Don’t be controlled by those numbers.”

Here’s to living vicariously through Brinkley's glowing pics now, and for many years to come.
