After the Selling Sunset star, 42, shared an Instagram ad to her Stories on Monday, her fans started to poke fun. In the Factor Meals ad, she’s filmed eating one of the dishes from the meal service brand — but holding her fork and knife in an unusual way.
Stause holds her fork with four of her fingers at the bottom of the fork’s stem. Quickly, fans noticed her peculiar way of eating and called her out for it on Monday.
One user directly replied to her Story, writing, “Your friends should have a cutlery holding intervention. They should have never let you post this.”
Stause shared the reply to her Stories. “Wait this actually made me L O L! How do you guys cut your food?? I just do it the way my mom did it but I’ve never noticed it was different, 😆😅🤷♀️," she wrote, adding a Q&A box asking followers to share their “technique” for cutting food.

“Also, my hands are swapped. The knife is supposed to be in the other hand?" a confused Stause explained to her followers. "And you’re not supposed to put them down? Those are a lot of rules.”
She explained as she mimed the shape of a fork and her usual way of cutting food that she "always thought, ‘Well the fork is like this so you make a little path and you put the knife through the fork.'”
“Okay, noted,” joked the celebrity real estate broker. “I don’t think I can switch now, I’m too old.
