If you've ever wondered how Chris Hemsworth gets fit enough to lift that hammer in Thor, then we have the interview for you.
Seven News reporter Michelle Tapper was on the the set of Thor: Ragnarok in Brisbane today, when she managed to snag a few cheeky words with Chris' personal trainer Luke Zocchi.
Speaking to Luke in front of the Brisvegas set, Michelle asked the trainer how he manages to get the 33-year-old looking so buff.
“We just lift a lot of weights, eat a lot of food and train really hard,” Luke says in the clip above from Sunrise.
“We probably train five to six times a week and just work hard pretty much. He’s looking good - he’s pretty buff. He’s put on a lot of weight, so I’m really happy with how he looks at the moment.”
But while he's proud of the actor's gains, Luke did admit that Chris sneaks the occasional chocolates on set.
"He does it all the time,” Luke reveals. “He’s got a bit of a sweet tooth. I get phone calls all the time and I have to run down to set and snatch the chocolate out of his hand, pretty much.”
Chris is currently filming the Thor sequel in Queensland, alongside Tom Hiddleston, who reprises his role of Loki for the flick, expected to hit cinemas in November 2017.
