Chips Ahoy Is Doing 'Big Things' With New Cookie Release, and Fans Are Already 'on the Lookout'

Chips Ahoy is "going BIG" with its latest snack release, and fans are already asking, "Where's the milk?"

The brand revealed that it's releasing a much larger version of its chewy cookies called Chips Ahoy! Big Chewy Cookie—and they're "over three times" the size of the original.

"These are going to rival Grandma's Cookies and are going to be available in Chewy Chips Ahoy, Chocolatey Caramel, and Chocolatey Brownie," food blog Snackolator shared in the caption of an Instagram photo posted on Wednesday, Sept. 25.

According to an official press release shared directly with Parade, the Chips Ahoy! Big Chewy Cookies will be sold in single-serve packaging. They also include "chocolate chips four times larger than the iconic Chips Ahoy! Original variety."

Additionally, "the cookie itself will have a diameter three times the size," making the oversized snack one that fans are excited to try.

"Where’s the milk 🥛 😂😂," one asked, while another joked the brand is "stealing grandma’s cookies thunder."

"I’ll be on the lookout for these," a third admitted, and an additional user said they'll take "Caramel anything, please."

On the other hand, someone questioned the release: "Can anyone really rival Grandmas cookies? Idk."

The new treats will "begin rolling out to retailers nationwide starting in October. Each 2.5 oz pack will be available for an SRP $2.29 at convenience stores."

Earlier this week, another fan-favorite cookie brand debuted a new frozen product that sparked excitement among shoppers: Oreo Bites.

"Need these little forkers in my life ASAP!! NEW Oreo Bites, these feature poppable frozen dairy dessert bites, dippers in Oreo coating. 🛒 Speculated to hit stores in early 2025," read the caption of an Instagram post.
