"She’s a good girl. She handles that whole thing the right way," the coach, 66, shared. "I mean, that’s a tough deal. But she does a great job with handling it."

Additionally, Reid sang his praises for her tight-end boyfriend.

"Kelce, I think, does a great job with handling it," he added. "She’s part of the team and like the other girlfriends and wives, they’re part of it. And that’s all part of the process."

Previously, Reid has lauded both Kelce and Swift for how they've approached the media frenzy surrounding their relationship and the pop star's presence at Chiefs games.

He addressed speculation that Swift was a distraction to Kelce in September 2024 following a dry spell with his on-field performance.

"I know people are saying that he's old or that he has distractions, but defenses don't think that," Reid said during a Sept. 25 press conference, per Fox News. "Trav is fine. He just keeps being Trav. He works his tail off. He hasn't lost a step. He's not distracted."

In February 2024, Reid went viral for his comments on Swift baking homemade goodies for Chiefs players.

"Kind of behind the scenes, she likes to cook, so she made the offensive linemen these homemade Pop Tarts," he told NBC Sports. "So, it was over … She knew right where to go."

Whether or not Kelce announces his retirement following the 2024–25 NFL season, it seems Swift has made a lifelong fan of Reid.
