Channel 10 has finally addressed persistent rumours that season seven Bachelor Matt Agnew had cosmetic work done ahead of his appearance on the reality TV show.

The Network 10 Styling Team - who were charged with prepping the 32-year-old for his silver screen debut - took to Instagram on Thursday to speak out against claims he’s had a nose job.

Hair and makeup magic

The @10styling account shared a screenshot of a story published by a news outlet back in June that suggested that the strapping astrophysicist had gone under the knife.

“When a good haircut and a styling makeover changes ‘EVERYTHING’,” they captioned the shot, suggesting that Matt’s dramatically altered appearance was the result of hair, makeup and wardrobe magic - and nothing else.

Interestingly, the post has since been deleted.

Ch-ch-ch changes

The brainy bachelor had fans swooning when he was first introduced back in March as a super-cute bespectacled Clark Kent lookalike.

Fast-forward a few months and Matt was almost unrecognisable after a complete head-to-toe makeover. Gone were his glasses and goofy grin and in their place were a chiselled jaw and smouldering stare.

The sexy scientist seemed more than ready to forget his pre-Bachie self when he wiped his Instagram account including the initial announcement photo from March.

Matt’s transformation had tongues wagging on social media, with one person asking, “Is this even the same person?” while another suggested, “His nose has changed completely so nose job??”
